BYD Presents Sealion 7 Electric SUV in India, Range of More than 540 Km, Tesla

Sealion 7 has a 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster and 15.6 inch rotating touchscreen infotainment cluster. It has features such as automatic climate control, 12-speaker audio system and panoramic sunroof. The battery of Sealion 7 is 82.56 kwh. Its AWD variant has 523 HP power and 690 Nm peak torque. The RWD variant of Sealion 7 has a single electric motor that generates 308 HP power and 380 Nm peak torque.

The company claims that the AWD variant of this electric SUV gives a range of about 542 km and RWD variant about 567 km in single charge. Last year byd has set a record of sales. The company Seal EV has received good response in the country. It is available in two options of single and dual motor and two battery packs. Its price is about Rs 41 lakh to Rs 53 lakh (ex-showroom). It has three variants – premium, dynamic and performance. The company’s target is to raise its sales and service networks rapidly. Seal’s entry level dynamic variant is with RWD setup. Its price is about 41 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). The price of the premium variant with its RWD setup is about Rs 45.55 lakh and the top-end performance variant is Rs 53 lakh.
