Bloomberg analyst, Mark Gurman in his Power On The newsletter states that existing iPhone SE inventory at retail outlets is decreasing. This has indicated the soon launch of the new smartphone. Mark has said that after the launch of the new smartphone, the company will not want to keep its current version at a lower price. The price of iPhone SE, which was launched about three years ago, is around $430 (approximately Rs 37,100). Features can be increased in iPhone SE 4. Because of this, its price is also likely to be a bit expensive. iPhone SE 4 can be launched for around $500 (approximately Rs 42,200).
This smartphone may have the company’s A18 chip with support for Apple Intelligence features. Its design is likely to be similar to the iPhone 14. It may have a 6.06 inch Full HD+ LTPS OLED display with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Aluminum frame can be used in iPhone SE 4. It can have two options of RAM of 6 GB and 8 GB. A 48-megapixel rear camera can be found in this smartphone. It may have a USB Type-C port for connectivity.
Apple is facing difficulties in China, one of its big markets. China was once a major source of increase in iPhone sales for the company. However, iPhone sales have been declining in this market for the last few months. The main reason for this is the increase in sales of Chinese smartphone companies like Huawei. In December last year, iPhone sales in China declined by about 12 percent on a year-on-year basis. Lack of new features in iPhones is also a reason behind this. For this reason, the company has also taken a cautious approach regarding manufacturing plans this year.
