BMW Launches X1 LWB Electric SUV in India, Range of 571 Km

The design of the X1 LWB is somewhat different because it has a big looking bonnet. Its length is 4,616 mm and wheelbase is about 2,800 mm. It is one of the largest five -seater SUVs in the country. It has 18 inch alloy wheels. Its design looks better with unique color options. The X1 LWB has been made available with Mineral White, Portimao Blue, Sparkling Copper Gray, Skyscraper Gray and Carbon Black Colors and Mocha Veganza Vegan Ugan upholstery. It has an electric motor on front excel, which generates 204 bhp power and 250 Nm peak torque.

BMW has started taking booking for this electric SUV from Friday. For this, booking can be done at the company’s dealerships. Last year, BMW introduced Electric i5 in the country. Its price is about Rs 1.20 crore (ex-showroom). The BMW i5 M60 has an 83.9 kwh battery pack. The range of its single charge is about 516 km. It has a dual electric motor. Each of its axle has a motor. Its maximum power is 593 BHP and peak torque is 795 Nm. It can reach 100 kmph in 3.8 seconds. Its top speed is about 230 kmph. It gets 11 kW wall charger. Apart from this, customers also have the option to upgrade 22 kw AC charger.
